What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Who we share your data with
If you register a course with our web site, we share your data with the registration service company, the payment processing company, the vendor or individual that provide the course and the instructors to conduct our business and provide the services to you. If the course is provided by a school, a school district or a PTA, we also share your data with them to conduct the operation.
Our attorneys and accountants may have access to your data as needed basis.
If you use the contact form, we store your data in the Google environment. If you leave a comment on the website, the information is stored in an Amazon AWS environment.
We do not sell your data for the monetary purpose or share your data with other NPOs. However, we may share aggregated data without any personally identifiable data with other organizations and may publish the aggregated data for research and marketing purpose.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Information submitted from the contact form will be gathered with Google Form and stored in the Google environment. Notification will be sent via email to us and you if you select to do so.
How we protect your data
Keeping your information safe: we cares about the security of your information, and uses commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected through the Service. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%. If any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, After School Search will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, by any applicable laws and regulations.
